Analysis is performed by an independent third-party laboratory. Orders are picked, packed, and dispatched by a third-party fulfilment partner. We do not operate a laboratory or a warehouse. Our role is peptide sourcing: qualifying the suppliers behind each lot, and putting their documentation in front of you.
That distinction matters when you are evaluating a supplier, because it tells you exactly which claims are ours to make and which belong to the facility behind the vial. The whole chain, step by step, is on how we test.

Working with a single partner facility means shorter transit, fewer temperature excursions in transit, and a paper trail we can actually follow back to a specific lot when a customer asks.
It also means we are not reconciling documentation across multiple facilities when you need a certificate for a specific batch, and that dispatch is measured in hours rather than weeks: every order placed by 1:00 PM Pacific goes out the same day, on 2-day FedEx Express.

HPLC purity, identity and quantity, issued against the lot number printed on the vial. Email us with a lot number, before you order or after, and we will send the certificate for that exact batch.
Purity claims that are not attached to a document are marketing. We try to keep ours attached to one.
