By accessing this website or purchasing from Glow Research, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to browse or purchase from Glow Research. By using this site, you confirm that you meet that age requirement and have the authority to enter into this agreement, and that you are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a legitimate research institution or laboratory.
2. Research Use Only
All products sold by Glow Research are supplied strictly for laboratory research use. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, or medical devices, and are not sold for human or animal consumption. By purchasing from Glow Research, you agree that:
- You will not use these products for personal, diagnostic, therapeutic, or recreational purposes.
- You understand the risks involved in handling research compounds and will handle them accordingly.
- You will not resell, relabel, or represent these products as approved for human or veterinary use.
These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Glow Research products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
3. Glow Research Is a Retailer
Glow Research sells research compounds sourced from third-party manufacturers. We do not manufacture the products listed on this site, and orders are picked, packed, and dispatched on our behalf by a third-party fulfilment partner. Certificates of analysis for each lot are provided by that supply chain, not generated by Glow Research.
4. Limitation of Liability
Glow Research is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the misuse, mishandling, or off-label use of products purchased through this site. Responsibility for proper storage, handling, and research-use-only application rests with the buyer upon receipt of the product.
5. Order Acceptance & Cancellations
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where misuse is suspected, where shipping restrictions apply, or where the information provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
6. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Payment is processed through a third-party payment gateway; Glow Research does not store your full card or payment details.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines and coverage are described on our Shipping page. Glow Research is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, customs, incorrect address information provided at checkout, or events outside our control.
8. Returns & Undeliverable Packages
Because these are lyophilized research materials whose storage conditions cannot be verified once they leave our facility, all sales are final once a vial has shipped or been opened. We do not accept returns for personal-use dissatisfaction.
If a package is returned to our fulfilment partner as undeliverable by the carrier, for example due to an incomplete address or a failed delivery attempt, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout to arrange reshipment. Glow Research is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect address information supplied by the buyer.
9. Intellectual Property
The Glow Research name, logo, and the content of this site are the property of Glow Nutrition LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
