How do I check the certificate for my vial?
Type the lot number on your vial into the lookup in the COA library. It opens that lot’s certificate and the laboratory’s own check of the report.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email support@glowresearch.shop with your order number and a photo and we sort it out. Otherwise sales are final once an order ships, since storage after that cannot be verified.
